Fiscal Detail and Notes
Assuming that all eligible stores would become licensed as agency liquor stores , the removal of certain licensing restrictions would result in estimated General Fund revenue increases of $4,016,000 and $600,000 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, from license application and other fees.  In addition, the Department of Public Safety would require additional General Fund appropriations of $119,243 and $155,917 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, for increased inspection costs.
