| The fiscal impact to the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education and to local school administrative units can not be determined at this time and will depend on the definition of "uniform and high-quality education" and whether it is the intent of this legislation that the State pay 100% of the total cost of providing a program of uniform and high-quality education. | |||||||||
