| This bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the State Planning Office in the amount of $50,000 for fiscal year 2005-06 and fiscal year 2006-07 to provide funds for grants and direct financial assistance to municipalities developing proposals and selected to participate in a municipal service district pilot project. This bill should be amended to reflect that the appropriation should go to the Executive Department and not the State Planning Office and the program should be the State Planning Office and not the Municipal Service Districts Pilot Project. | |||||||||
