| The Maine State Retirement System may require an increase to the System's operating budget for fiscal year 2005-06 to develop the required proposal. Since the System does not administer health insurance benefits, it does not have the necessary resources available in-house to research and develop the proposal. The cost to the Retirement System and the ability of the System to absorb the cost of this requirement within existing resources can not be determined at this time. | |||||||||
