| The Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $12,920 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $12,920 in fiscal year 2006-07 for the ongoing costs to the Board of Pharmacy to support the expenses of the Controlled Substance Board. Sufficient funds are available within the Board's existing resources to support these costs. | |||||||||
| The additional costs associated with participating on the Controlled Substance Board can be absorbed by the Department of the Attorney General, the Department of Public Safety, and the Department of Health and Human Services utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||||
