|
As
amended, this bill transfers $52,300 from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund in fiscal year 2005-06 to the Department of Marine Resources for
the purpose of reestablishing the Maine Coast Environmental Trust Fund. In addition, the bill also incudes
initial Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $52,300 and $500 in fiscal
years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, to the department to allow spending
from the new dedicated account. |
