Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the transfer of $52,300 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund in fiscal year 2005-06 to the Department of Marine Resources for the purpose of reestablishing the Maine Coast Environmental Trust Fund and replaces it with a similar transfer of $25,000 in fiscal year 2006-07.  In addition, the amendment eliminates Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $52,300 and $500 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, to the department and replaces them with an initial Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $25,000 in fiscal year 2006-07.
