| This bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the State Planning Office in the amount of $57,170 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $78,707 in fiscal year 2006-07. This appropriation provides funds for a Planner II position and general operating expenses. This bill also provides statutory authority to promulgate rules, conduct hearings, enter into contracts and investigate complaints.
