Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the FY 2005-06 appropriation by $25,000 and eliminates the FY 2006-07 appropriation for supplemental funding for mileage reimbursement to volunteers of meals on wheels programs. The amendment adds an emergency preamble and language allowing the funds appropriated for FY 2005-06 to carry for use in subsequent fiscal years.  The amount that would lapse to the General Fund without this amendment's carrying language cannot be estimated at this time.
