| The projected costs to fund the general operating expenses of this study are $3,920 in fiscal year 2005-06. Authorizing the commission to accept funds from other sources may result in the collection of Other Special Revenue funds in fiscal year 2005-06. An allocation of Other Special Revenue funds is needed in fiscal year 2005-06 in the amount of $3,920 in the event outside funding is collected to support the activities of the commission. Consistent with the study guidelines adopted by the Legislative Council, language should be included in the resolve to clarify that if sufficient outside funding is not received by a specified date to fully fund all costs of the commission, no meetings are authorized and no expenses of any kind may be incurred or reimbursed. All contributions are subject to the approval of the Legislative Council. | |||||||||
