| The repeal of the Fund to Stabilize Off-Track Betting Facilities within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources and the establishment of the Harness Racing Stabilization Fund within the same department will not change the current Other Special Revenue Funds allocation amount of $1,978,704 in fiscal year 2006-07. The new fund will receive revenues for a limited amount of time to provide financial assistance to off-track betting facilities after which the revenues will be allocated to the elderly low-cost drug program within the Department of Health and Human Services. The amounts will depend on the degree of financial support needed by certain off-track betting facilities and can not be determined at this time. | |||||||||
