| Requiring school administrative units to notify parents and guardians of the comprehensive family life education class, to provide information to parents or guardians of students on the content of the class and to obtain written consent before providing the class to the student is a mandate. The impact to individual school units can not be determined at this time. Pursuant to the Mandate Preamble, the two-thirds vote of all members elected to each House exempts the State from the constitutional requirement to fund 90% of the additional local costs. | School | Significant | |||||||
