| The Department of Public Safety will require additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $117,189 amd $144,712 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, for the costs of regulating fire alarm contractors. The department is authorized to establish fees necessary to cover the costs incurred in regulating this particular industry. The department may be able to utilize existing Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to partially cover the new expenses, thereby reducing the need to collect new revenues. | |||||||||
