| The Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations totaling $187,210 in fiscal year 2006-07 to develop the required plans. Of that amount, the Employment Security Services program within the Department of Labor will require a General Fund appropriation of $116,310 for one Public Service Manager I position and one Economic Research Analyst position and related all other costs associated with organizing the task force and developing plans to increase wages of all state workers and all municipal, county, school system, university system and community college employees to a livable wage. The Department of Health and Human Services will require a General Fund appropriation of $70,900 in fiscal year 2006-07 for one Public Service Manager I position and related all other costs associated with developing the plan to increase the wages of all health care workers to a livable wage. | |||||||||
