An Act Regarding School Transportation
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §5401, sub-§17 is enacted to read:
17. Safety rules for school buses. Rules adopted by the department pursuant to section 3 concerning seat belts or child safety seats for school buses are major substantive rules pursuant to Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
