An Act To Improve Landowner Relations
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §10054, sub-§6, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 and affected by c. 614, §9, is amended to read:
6. Data collection. The collection of data as needed for the management and protection of the inland fisheries and wildlife resources; and
Sec. 2. 12 MRSA §10054, sub-§7, as amended by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §16 and affected by §422, is further amended to read:
7. Other. Such responsibilities as specified in state law . ; and
Sec. 3. 12 MRSA §10054, sub-§8 is enacted to read:
8. Landowner relations. The coordination of landowner relations activities. The bureau may request assistance from other agencies with respect to these activities.
