An Act To Maintain Retirement Health Benefits for State Retirees
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §285, sub-§14 is enacted to read:
14. Supplemental coverage; Medicare-eligible retirees. For those retirees who are eligible for coverage under this section and who are also eligible for Medicare, the State shall pay 100% of the retirees' share of the premiums for Medicare Part B only.
