An Act To Increase the Seal Fee for Registration of a Harvested Animal
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §12301-A, sub-§3, ¶C, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §226 and affected by §422, is amended to read:
C. Collect and retain $1 $5 for each seal from the person registering a bear, deer, moose or wild turkey.
