An Act To Enhance the Natural Resources Protection Laws
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §480-Q, sub-§10, as amended by PL 1991, c. 240, §1, is repealed.

This bill amends the law so that a permit from the Department of Environmental Protection is required for aquaculture activities regulated by the Department of Marine Resources under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 12, section 6072.
