Resolve, Directing the Maine State Retirement System To Recalculate the Retirement Benefits of D'Lila Terracin

Sec. 1. Maine State Retirement System to recalculate benefits of and remove penalties for D'Lila Terracin. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the ruling of the Board of Trustees of the Maine State Retirement System pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 17451, the Maine State Retirement System shall retroactively recalculate the retirement benefits of D'Lila Terracin to allow her to receive 2 years of disability payments between 58 and 60 years of age and to calculate her Maine State Retirement System retirement benefits at 60 years of age to remove any early retirement penalties, including penalties incurred for purchasing 7 years of service credits, minus any benefits she has already received.
