An Act To Permit Front-wheel Drive Vehicles To Have Front Studded Snow Tires Only
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1919, sub-§2-A is enacted to read:
2-A. Front-wheel drive vehicles. A person may operate a front-wheel drive vehicle with tires having metal studs protruding from the tire treads only on the front wheels.
