An Act To Eliminate the Placement of Campaign Signs on Public Property
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §1913-A, sub-§1, ¶G, as amended by PL 1999, c. 152, Pt. G, §2, is further amended to read:
G. Hand-held or similar signs not affixed to the ground or buildings; and
Sec. 2. 23 MRSA §1913-A, sub-§1, ¶H, as amended by PL 1999, c. 152, Pt. G, §2, is repealed.
