Amend the amendment by inserting after section 1 the following:
‘Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2 (page 2, lines 24 to 39 and page 3, lines 1 and 2 in L.D.)’
Amend the amendment in section 5 in subsection 1-A in the 2nd line (page 3, line 7 in amendment) by striking out the following: " may" and inserting the following: ' shall'
Amend the amendment by inserting at the end before the summary the following:
‘Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.’
SUMMARY
This amendment accomplishes the following:
1. It requires that final notice of agency rulemaking continue to be published; and
2. It removes from the bill the provisions governing municipal legal notices.
