Amend the amendment in section 2 in §1696 in subsection 1 by striking out all of paragraph A (page 5, lines 8 and 9 in amendment) and inserting the following:
SUMMARY
This amendment requires the Board of Environmental Protection to include in its rules prohibiting the manufacture, sale or distribution of a children's product containing a priority chemical if the board finds that the product directly or indirectly exposes children and vulnerable populations to the priority chemical at exposure levels shown to be harmful to human health and the environment.
