Amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following:

‘Sec. 6. Air quality monitors. The Department of Environmental Protection shall install, maintain and oversee air quality monitors in the Town of Bradley.

Sec. 7. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
