An Act To Require That Vehicles Transporting Poultry Fecal Matter Be Covered
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2396, sub-§5 is enacted to read:
5. Poultry fecal matter. A person may not operate on a public way a vehicle with a load of poultry fecal matter that is not covered.
