An Act To Ensure Consistency in Patient Care in Nursing Homes
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1832 is enacted to read:
§ 1832. Side rails in nursing homes
A nursing home may place a side rail on the bed of a patient upon request of the patient or the patient's family or legal guardian.
