Amend the bill in section 3 in subsection 1-A in paragraph B in subparagraph (4) by striking all of the last sentence (page 3, lines 17 and 18 in L.D.) and inserting the following: ' The fees assessed under this subparagraph to facilities subject to section 420, subsection 2, paragraph I may not exceed a total of $10,000 in any fiscal year.'
Amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following:
‘Sec. 6. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, DEPARTMENT OF
Maine Environmental Protection Fund 0421
Initiative: Deallocates funds from the Dioxin Monitoring Program.
