This bill makes changes to certain positions at the Public Utilities Commission. The bill adds statutory references to the position of Director of Energy Programs that should have been made at the time the position was created in 2004. The bill deletes references to positions that no longer exist and replaces them with the current position designation. The bill changes the pay range for the Assistant Administrative Director position and deletes references to 2 positions that no longer exist.
