| The additional costs to boards of licensure in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation would no longer be funded through the transfer of funds from the assessment but would be absorbed utilizing existing budget resources. The funds that were to be transferred to the boards of licensure will be retained by the Department of Health and Human Services to offset its costs resulting from the bill. | ||||||
