| The Department of Transportation will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $3,000,000 to upgrade the Swanville Road in the Town of Frankfort to state road standards. In addition, beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, the Department of Transportation will also require additional annual Highway Fund allocations of $18,000 for maintenance costs pertaining to the Swanville Road in Frankfort. | ||||||
