Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation proposes to transfer the Renewable Resource Fund currently administered by the State Planning Office to the Public Utilities Commission.  The transfer is not expected to have any impact on the total amounts collected for, or expended from, the fund.  To facilitate the transfer, this legislation contains a deallocation of $500 in fiscal year 2007-08 and 2008-09 from the Renewable Resource Fund currently contained in LD 499 and a corresponding allocation of $500 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09 to the Public Utilities Commission to provide funding for initiatives through revenue fund transfers and authorizes the use of the estimated balance forward.
