| Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, eliminating the annual license fee for a high stakes beano license will decrease annual Other Special Revenue Funds collected by the Department of Public Safety by $50,000. The Licensing and Enforcement program within the department has adequate resources to maintain the currently budgeted level of services through fiscal year 2008-09 without any position eliminations. However, beginning in fiscal year 2009-10, at least one position in the program would have to be eliminated due to inadequate ongoing resources. | ||||||
