| This bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $475,352 per year beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 to the Fingerprint and Background Information program within the Department of Education for the cost associated with the fingerprinting and criminal history record check of school personnel. | ||||||
| This bill also includes Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $375,765 per year beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 as a result of the repeal of the requirement that school personnel pay for the cost associated with criminal history record checks and fingerprinting. The dedicated account is no longer needed as no more revenue will be coming from school personnel. | ||||||
