Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment increases the General Fund cost of the bill by $85,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2007-08.
	As amended, this bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $254,480 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $259,136 in fiscal year 2008-09 for the University of Maine to establish and maintain a center that would offer labor education and policy development for students and community organizations and restore lost funding for the Bureau of Labor Education at the University of Maine.
