Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriation of $174,136 per year beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 associated with the University of Maine System establishing and maintaining a center within the System that would offer labor education and policy development for students and community organizations.
	As amended, this bill states that the Legislature supports the concept of the establishment of a labor center at the University of Southern Maine using existing resources of the University of Maine System.
