Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Incorporating  lake and river protection sticker fees into watercraft registration fees will increase Other Special Revenue Funds collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife by an estimated $29,832 in fiscal year 2007-08 and by $49,720 in each fiscal year thereafter.  It will also result in an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds to the Department of Environmenal Protection of $44,748 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $74,580 in each year thereafter.  This consolidation of fees will also result in Other Special Revenue Funds savings in printing and mailing costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife of $46,000 annually beginning in fiscal year 2007-08.
