| Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, the establishment of a new offshore lobster and crab landing license will increase annual General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Marine Resources by $47,000. In addition, beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, this same new license will also generate an additional $5,000 in annual Other Special Revenue collected by the department and $20,000 in additional annual license surcharge Other Special Revenue collected by the Lobster Promotion Council. | ||||||
