	Combining payroll and human resource functions of six existing service centers to a single service center by June 30, 2008 will result in some savings from a reduction of staff and other efficiencies.  Savings may be reduced by the need to provide office space with computers, communications hookups and other supplies at the new location.  The additional costs to review the current organizational structure of payroll and human resources and report findings by 1/15/08 can be absorbed by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services utilizing existing budgeted resources.
