Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $11,779 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the Secretary of State for the costs of manufacturing and distributing of a special veterans motorcycle registration plate.  In addition, the establishment of a special veterans motorcycle registration plate will result in increased revenue collected for the Highway Fund by the Secretary of State; the estimated amounts are $5,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $500 in each fiscal year thereafter.
