Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The net effect of certain changes regarding the issuance of temporary registration permits will be an increase of Highway Fund revenue collected by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State. The estimated increases are $12,900 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $17,200 in each fiscal year thereafter.
