Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $10,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 to the Department of Marine Resources for the estimated cost of conducting a cost/benefit analysis of the restoration of anadromous fish to the Kennebec River system.  The authority for expending funds for this purpose from the Kennebec River Restoration Fund will also require approval from the other public and private entities that participate in the funding for this program. Although the fund has adequate resources to pay for the cost of this study, other previously planned expenditures will not take place.
