	The cost of per diem and expenses for the six legislative members of the Community Preservation Advisory Committee is $3,270 annually.  This amount is already included in the legislature's requested budget for fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09.  Postponing the repeal date until 2016 will allow the committee to operate in the 2nd year of the biennium and beyond.  Assuming the legislative budget is approved as requested, no additional funding will be required by passage of this bill.
