Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Community Preservation Advisory Committee will sunset on June 1, 2008 and is funded through that date.  This bill extends the sunset until 2012 and includes a General Fund appropriation to the Legislature of $3,270 annually beginning in fiscal year 2008-09.  The appropriation will provide funds for the per diem and expenses of the six legislative members of the Committee.
