	This amendment strikes the appropriation in fiscal year 2008-09 because this funding was provided in that one year in the Legislative Budget pursuant to PL 2007,  c. 240.  As amended the bill still authorizes the expenses of the Community Preservation Advisory Committee beyond the sunset date of June 1, 2008.
