| Reducing the surcharge on the sale of dogs and cats that have not been neutered will result in the loss of dedicated revenue collected by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources for the Companion Animal Sterilization Fund. The estimated amounts are $36,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $48,000 for each fiscal year thereafter. | ||||||
