| The Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the Department of the Secretary of State will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $6,646 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the cost of producing and manufacturing retired firefighter registration plates. The establishment of retired firefighter registration plates will also result in an increase of dedicated revenue collected by the bureau for the Retired Firefighter Special Programs Fund. The estimated amounts are $3,375 and $4,725 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively. | ||||||
