Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund appropriation by $10,500 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $20,500 in fiscal year 2008-09 and annually thereafter.  The net effect is a one-time General Fund appropriation of $10,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the Maine Joint Environmental Training Coordinating Committee Program.
