	The additional costs associated with developing a plan for implementing the Maine Building Code and the International Existing Building Code can be absorbed by the State Planning Office, the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation and the Department of Economic and Community Development utilizing existing budgeted resources.
