Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Reducing lobster license fees for persons 70 years or older will increase General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Marine Resources.  Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, the estimated annual increase is $2,056.  These same changes will also result in an estimated annual decrease of Other Special Revenue Funds revenue collected by the department of $250 beginning in fiscal year 2007-08.  Other Special Revenue Funds revenue collected by the Lobster Promotional Council will also be reduced by an estimated annual decrease of $1,931 beginning in fiscal year 2007-08.
